With this we attach a magic word that both technicians and philosophers can fascinate: Complimentarity or the simultaneous validity are seemingly mutually exclusive rules. 

This seemingly mutually exclusive approach is reflected in our set-up. 

We have two expert pools in our organisation: the first one is comprised of experts for the creation of organisational development and transformation processes. They speak a common language which reflects a systemic background, the analysis of group dynamics and continued training provided in a range of coaching approaches. The second pool consists of experts with outstanding profiles pertaining to their branch and field competencies in the industrial and management sectors, the management and organisation of industrial businesses and in project and process management. 

It is possible, as per the needs of the project, for our client to either only make use of our core-competencies or by means of an integrated set-up in the consulting team, to exploit both competence areas/spheres, for transformation projects. 

When required we collaborate in mixed teams of expert and process consultants. While the one stands by our clients in resolving thematic problems, the other supports organisations in improving their own problem solving abilities.
