ACG's complementary set up

It is our complementary set up which enables us to solve problems on a factual level (hard facts) and direct our attention to the cultural and emotional requirements (vital facts) in the work with our clients. 

Our structure consists of a hand picked consulting team bringing high experience from industry and international consulting companies. We work shoulder to shoulder with our clients. We see ourselves as enablers, as social architects and cultural entrepreneurs (achievers).

When required we collaborate in mixed teams of expert and process consultants. While the one stands by our clients in resolving thematic problems, the other supports organizations in improving their own problem solving abilities.
