We operate in an international environment and on site in projects in Australia, over China, South East Asia, India to Brazil and the USA. To date we have collaborated with more than 400 companies and NPOs including the public sector. In the development of management we could also enjoy intercultural meetings and experiences. Currently we are working with line and project managers in more than 20 countries. We work in both German and English.

Management of an integrated implementation project concerning multiple software systems for asset optimisation, portfolio and balancing group management for two Eastern European markets in the energy sector. The service spectrum encompassed all relevant facets of project management, from planning to project conclusion after a one-year project term.

Company-wide process restructuring for an infrastructure supplier as part of the preparations for an initial ISO certification. The primary focus lays on integrating the project management process into the overall process landscape as well as establishing supplier and customer management processes. The project also involved the creation of an information dashboard for company controlling by general management as well as training and coaching of the project managers.

Training in the fundamentals of project management in consideration of the industry environment and the requirements of the technical field for current and prospective project managers as well as development, supervision and coaching as part of the preparations for IPMA certification.

Setup and ongoing project controlling for an investment project in the petroleum and natural gas industry, project services with a focus on detailed planning in the construction and commissioning phase, support for requirements and document management, consulting and support in procurement and coordinating the interfaces between the individual contractors.

Planning and supervision of an integration process for a new business field and a new area of technology, including strategy and scenario development, drafting a corresponding business case, coordinated organisational planning and process design, consulting on the associated program management and support for program controlling.

Management of the planning phase of a plant construction project with a total investment volume of approximately EUR 150 million. In addition to establishing an intercompany project team, objectives included readying a new technology for practical deployment as well as setting up an overarching project assurance process at the program level and integrating this into the program timetable. The service spectrum included project management and controlling, establishing a uniform methodology for costing and cost estimation as well as risk management.

Project management support for a redevelopment project employing a double technology strategy and creation of a continuous implementation approach based on “progressive elaboration”.

Project planning consulting for a new production plant and drafting of the corresponding project planning documents, structuring of the process during the construction phase based on the various contractor fields, support in implementation of the project organisation, continued project controlling, planning and supervision of the project acceptance inspection and handoff to production.

Replanning and coordination of a gas compressor station revamp, including analysis of the existing project and complete restructuring in coordination with the customer. A special focus was placed on effective communication channels and the associated reporting and communication structures; coordinating and supporting the project in the areas of HSE, quality management, schedule and cost controlling with an eye to early identification of deviations from project planning; conclusion of the project four months ahead of schedule and under budget.
