Consulting and assistance in conceiving and initialising a major investment project in the field of production of raw materials. Plus, applying project framing to define and delimit the project; helping identify solutions; comparing options based on a holistic examination of the business. Deriving an implementation proposal including document submission to top management. Remote gathering and feeding back key experiences in the existing project management process by redefining and specifying the project planning phases and the associated stage gates.

Programme Design and Technology Implementation 

Managing the planning phase of a facility construction project with a total investment value of approximately €150 million. A pan-company project team had to be established; new technology made fit for use; and an umbrella project-assurance process drafted at the programme level and its timings integrated into the programme plan . Services provided included project management, project controlling, risk management, and creating a harmonised process for costing and cost estimation .
