ACG/Organisation Practice - TheVitalWorks. Community

TheVitalWorks. Community has been working together on Vitalizing Leadership and Organisations for quite some time, and we strive to continue our research and learning journey. United by our genuine belief in people and vital organisations, we passionately work together.

Ute Langthaler

Ute is deeply committed to the question of Vital Adaptability and Leadership in a global context and has dedicated herself to complex consulting architectures in the connection of analogue and digital space. Her primary focus is on developing the Vital Organisation Model, having already been testing it in the field for several years in terms of its statics and deepening it. Work stays in the USA, Asia, South America, and Australia significantly influence Ute's work.

Dorothe Liebig

The graduate psychologist lives in Berlin. Her field of work is the cultural anatomy of companies. How can social architecture be designed to create vitality? What does a culture of engagement, creativity and innovation need? How do managers become effective cultural entrepreneurs? These are vital questions in her consultancy work.

Erich Wlasak

After several stints as manager and partner in international consultancy firms, Erich remains a passionate consultant for companies’ development processes. Expert development is close to his heart, too, and he has now been supporting organisations in building their consultancy expertise for over 15 years. Erich is a partner at Aeon Consulting Group.

Walter Bertolini

Walter lives in Vienna. He has been working many years as systemic organizational consultant and leadership coach and founding member of the inspirational leadership project 'Essenz der Führung'. He rediscovered the power of being in/one with wild nature years ago and is deeply inspired by Milton John's lifework and now is building up Way of Nature Austria.

Irene Jucker

A love of adventure and curiosity characterises irene's lifestyle. Her professional and private career is a colourful jigsaw puzzle: commercial diploma, teaching diploma, adult education diploma, semi-skilled potter, MAS in Education Management and circumnavigation of the globe. With decades of leadership experience in national and international NGOs, Irene is a practitioner through and through and has experienced and accompanied several change projects first-hand. With the establishment, strategic embedding and management of the Centre for Leadership and Culture for Greenpeace International and the continuous development of leadership understanding in the organisation, she has gained deep insights into how organisations work and what matters in such implementations. Her work as a research assistant at the Institute for Organisational and Work Psychology at ETH Zurich has strengthened her curiosity to understand systems in our ever more complex world. Working on the culture of organisations is central to her work as a consultant, coach and trainer.
