For us Vital Optimisation means, on the one hand, working with companies to build systems that precisely allow those companies to optimise their added value as part of their daily business, and on the other hand, providing a comprehensive tool they can use to carry out specific optimisation activities.Lean Management and Operational Excellence already aim to do exactly this; we look further, to ask what optimisation means for clients, markets, the organisation itself, and all stake holders:

We use our models and approaches to highlight dependencies and identify potentials and measures that can ensure quality, margins, adaptability, and thus sustainability. We not only address individual processes and organisational structures, but also create links between technical, organisational and social factors. This is not just about individual measures; it is much more to do with a comprehensive understanding of performance.
