Experience has shown that in the industrial field executives are faced with particular challenges: constant pressure to increase productivity, technical challenges and high connectivity require a management concept which allows the integration of complexity and ambivalence. 

This specialisation course is aimed at people in positions of responsibility who manage production, procurement, sales or product development departments and who wish to acquire additional skills for comprehensive managerial tasks. 

As persons who essentially influence business processes and who thus have a great influence on innovation and growth, the course participants can look forward to acquiring a holistic in-depth knowledge of management with a special focus on project-oriented and manufacturing companies.

The topics are elaborated with practical relevance and are implemented on the basis of case studies and partly in the integrated simulation environment of a learning and teaching centre. The lecturers distinguish themselves through their extensive knowledge and practical experience in the industrial field.
