Aeon Consulting Group is an internationally acting consulting boutique.

Our professional field ranges from Vital Organizational Development to Industrial Management. We are a group of experienced experts coming from different backgrounds, industries and countries. ACG was founded in 2004 based on more than 15 years experience in and with organizations.

Truth be told.

Our clients are mainly from Europe and we are delivering projects for them across the globe. We kind of follow them like nomads. This helped us to gain work experience from the US to India and from Australia to China and all over Europe from Spain to Turkey and the Nordic counties. 

We are proud of the fact that we are able to establish long term partnerships with our clients.

Most of our clients are already working with us for more than 10 years. Of course a fresh view can help from time to time but the value of trust and knowing and caring for the system should never be underestimated. We are able to keep a professional distance and at the same time to create professional closeness and high quality relationships. We take over responsibility and we work shoulder to shoulder with our clients. 

Our clients are typically international corporations and organizations with their headquarters based in continental Europe.

We operate in an international environment and on site in projects all over Europe, in Australia, China, South East Asia, India, Brazil and the USA. International encounters and experiences, therefore, are an essential component of our work. To date, we have collaborated with more than 400 organizations from the private, public and not-for-profit sectorsAnd why it is actually more important to do things rather than to talk about it.
