Fundamentals of Project Management in Technical and Industrial Environments
The majority of technical projects unfold as investment projects, customer contracts or development projects. Each of these types of projects has an underlying business model that significantly influences the content and execution of the project. In the two training modules, we will introduce you to the basics of technical project management. To this end, we run through specific case studies, project phases, and related management aspects together. In addition, you will learn about best practice models and tools for planning and management.
